Trinity College has exclusive nomination rights with the newly opened, top-of-the-range student accommodation at Kavanagh Court in Dublin 1 which is just a 15-minute walk from College. A licence fee of 25 and utilities of 30 per week are included in the weekly rate for rooms available for 38 weeks. Yugo is an independent purpose build student accommodation provider that owns and operates Kavanagh Court. Trinity College Dublin does not have any influence over the policies, procedures or decisions made by the operator.
