The Doorway Gallery is located on South Frederick Street, just a stone's throw from St. Stephen's Green. Its unassuming exterior belies the treasures within – step inside, and you'll find a warm, welcoming space filled with beautiful art. The gallery was founded by Denise Donnelly in 1997, and has since become a fixture on the Dublin art scene. One of the things that sets the Doorway Gallery apart is the diversity of its collection. From oil paintings to watercolors, sculpture to photography, there's an impressive range of media on display here. The gallery features works by established artists such as Neil Shawcross and Carol Graham, as well as emerging talents like Kate Beagan and Tom Climent. The Doorway Gallery

24 Frederick St S, Dublin 2

The Doorway Gallery exhibits fine art paintings and other art works from a selection of both Irish born and Irish resident artists, each recognised for their unique talent and contribution to art in Ireland.

A goal of The Doorway Gallery is to support artists in achieving international recognition for their work. This is achieved through a presence at a number of international art fairs each year at which a selection of art works is promoted.

There is an independent ethos to The Doorway Gallery; patrons are encouraged to develop their own tastes in art appreciation. This is reflected in the gallery’s solo shows which take place each month to boost the artist profile.
